Shipments and returns


As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment, via post office with tracking number and unsigned delivery. If you prefer the shipment certified by Priority Mail, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whatever form of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can follow your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. The handling costs are fixed, while the shipping costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in the same order. We can not combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply for each individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.


If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have a period of 15 working days, from the date of invoice, to return the products that do not suit you. If you prefer, you may request a change or refund of the item.

The refund is limited to the price and taxes paid for the product. Transportation costs will not be refunded for deliveries in which Relmedic and the carrier have acted with due diligence. Relmedic can assist you in the return logistics, being, in any case, the cost of return transportation by the customer or discounted from the amount charged by Relmedic. The products must be returned with the original packaging and in the condition in which they were delivered. In case of defects in the product, the customer's right to a change or return will be void.
